What happens after you order
Once you place an order, it enters our fulfillment workflow. We dispatch all orders from our facility within up to 48 hours of purchase. This period covers the time required for order verification, quality inspection, and packaging procedures — steps we perform directly before release to carrier networks.

Why timelines are estimates—not promises
We communicate delivery projections based on typical carrier performance and historical customs clearance patterns across the countries we serve. However, specific transit timeframes cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary because global shipping involves systems we do not operate or control — including national postal services, regional couriers, and government-led customs authorities.

What can extend your delivery (and why it’s outside our control)
Transit duration between dispatch and final delivery typically ranges from 7 to 15 business days for international destinations including Russia, Brazil, Israel, Japan, Chile, Mexico, Ukraine, India, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Argentina, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and the United Arab Emirates — along with many other locations. Delays beyond this range may occur due to factors entirely outside DEVMINDGLOW’s operational authority:
- severe weather conditions
- public holidays observed in transit or destination countries
- customs procedures and customs requirements administered by your national authority
- transportation disruptions affecting ground, air, or sea networks
- local regulations and country-specific import and transportation policies
- carrier limitations imposed by third-party logistics providers

Because customs clearance occurs in your country, transit may extend beyond initial estimates — and because carrier routing decisions, regulatory enforcement, and infrastructure capacity are determined regionally, those variables remain beyond our influence.
